Santa Cruz Time of Sale Water Quality Sampling Fee Schedule

Following documentation provided by County of Santa Cruz Health Services Agency, Environmental Health Division, all sellers of real property that receive potable water from an individual water system, must complete a water yield and quality test before property transfer. Monterey Bay Analytical Services would like to partner with you to sample these analytes during the yield test. Your operator will perform the sampling and with advanced notice we can pick up samples, analyze, report, and provide subcontracting services for the water quality tests below. Reports and invoices will be sent to you after completion of analysis. We provide pickup services for $50 within the Santa Cruz/Watsonville Hwy 1 corridor Tuesday and Thursday (appointment required). $15 pickup fee if samples are dropped off on Wednesdays before noon at Santa Cruz Environmental Health Laboratory on 1060 Emeline Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. MBAS can provide sample bottle kits at request, if interested please call or email us at info@mbasinc.com, 831-375-6227.
